User Support

Support requests are a regular occurrence throughout the product life cycle. We can assist you and your IT support department at any time. This includes all procurement‑related issues, e.g. delivery times for devices or availability of mobile devices. Should your device become damaged, we will be happy to help with any questions you may have and advise you on next steps.

 

We help you respond to and address routine problems, for instance by exchanging defective hardware. Our IT specialists also provide second-level support for more complicated issues or problems requiring closer attention. Our professionals will be happy to help with detailed evaluation and precise diagnosis, maintenance support and software installations. In addition, we manage your company’s pool of backup devices and will be happy to provide an overview of current reports.
